Service Description

Kids (Ages 6–8) – 45-Minute Trial Class This high-energy 45-minute class introduces kids to the core techniques of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in a fun and structured way. Students will improve coordination, discipline, and confidence while learning how to move, fall safely, and work with partners. It’s a great balance of skill-building, physical activity, and character development—perfect for kids just starting or continuing their martial arts journey.
